COMMENTS ON THE COMMISSION COMMUNICATION ON PACKAGED RETAIL INVESTMENT PRODUCTS
Please find enclosed the formal response of the European Structured Investment Products Association (eusipa) to the Commission’s Communication on Packaged Retail Investment Products published on 29 April 2009.
It is the result of an intensive discussing within our organisation and with yourself as well as with members of your staff such as Mrs Wandel, Mr Becher and Mr Shakesby.
We remain at the disposal of the Commission Services to provide additional material on these issues and look forward to discussing these matters further in the near future.
